This is registration and bidding-process guidance for up to three auction applications within 90 days. Auction-day support is scheduled with you. IBC and liquidation applications depend on their document and eligibility requirements fitting this scope.
The package does not include:
- Legal due diligence, title opinion or court-case verification
- Valuation, market-price estimate or investment advice
- Physical inspection, loan approval or financing
- Handling your password, OTP, EMD payment or final bid
