The 45th E-Auction, For sale (assignment/ transfer) of Not Readily Relisable Assets (NRRAs) of the Kaliber Associates Private Limited (In Liquidation), is being conducted under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and in accordance with Regulation 32 read with Regulation 37A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016.
