Assignment/Transfer, as ONE COMPOSITE LOT, of two Not Readily Realisable Assets (NRRAs) of Balmukh Goldjewel & Multitrading Private Limited (In Liquidation) under Regulation 37A of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016, comprising: (i) legally assignable rights, claims, interests, benefits and potential recoveries arising from PUFE proceedings under sections 43, 45 and 66 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 against Shashikant Choudhury & Others – IA 4571(MB)/2023 in CP (IB)/506(MB)/2021; and (ii) legally assignable rights, claims, interests, benefits and potential recoveries arising from/connected with proceedings under section 61 of the Code before Hon'ble NCLAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi against Rakesh Rathi & Others – Company Appeal (AT) (Ins.) Nos. 112-113 of 2020. Both NRRAs shall be assigned together; no separate bids. Reserve Price: Rs.40,00,000. As Is Where Is / As Is What Is / Whatever There Is / Without Recourse
